To make sense of what's happening takes an understanding of Hegira. Hegira refers to Mohammed's flight from Mecca in 622. This is so important to Muslims that it marks the beginning of their calendar. Hegira is what you are witnessing as Muslims obey the command of Mohammed to spread Jihad through immigration. It is happening now in previously Christian Western Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
